Haircuts & Salon Services for Kids & Adults
First and foremost our goal is always to provide quality services. In order to do so we have to set and follow expectations and organization for our staff. Excuse the bluntness but in an effort to get to the point and in high hopes you read this before clicking "I agree to the terms and conditions" before booking your appointment our policy is as follows:
1. No refunds/exchanges on products or services rendered.
2. If we provided a less than high quality haircut or service you have 4 days to contact management at the original location to come back and have management fix the haircut or service.
3. YOU CAN RESCHEDULE/CANCEL an appointment 18 hours prior to your appointment to receive a full refund THROUGH THE APP. You cannot cancel through email, DM, voicemail, those outlets do not update our calendar. You may also cancel with the help of a staff member, although sometimes we cannot answer the phone.
4. If you are sick you agree to forfeit your appointment and deposit.
5. We are generally booked back to back and can only provide a 5 minute grace period. However, we may run behind on appointments from those 5 minute grace periods we have provided and to help children who need more attention.
6. Our staff cannot change an appointment once you have exceeded the allowable time to cancel/reschedule. The appointment is locked in the system.
We accommodate when possible but it is not a guarantee nor part of the agreement. We want everyone to have an enjoyable experience in an organized setting. We thank you for your cooperation and understanding. It takes all of us to make it work.
